Dispute Resolution
All disputes related to these Messaging Terms shall be resolved by binding arbitration in accordance with the Federal Arbitration Act and the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA).
By agreeing to these terms, both parties waive the right to a jury trial or to participate in class actions.
Arbitration will occur in Wyoming, unless otherwise mutually agreed.
This clause survives termination of these Terms.
